Travel Vaccinations Clinic Drogheda
If you are travelling outside Europe, you may need to get travel vaccinations. Travel vaccinations usually consist of a series of travel shots by injection and orally administered vaccines.
Please contact the practice nurse advising them of where you are travelling to and they can inform you what vaccinations, if any, you may need.
Vaccinations should be completed a minimum of one month before travel.
You may also need advice on malaria protection tablets and to get a prescription for malaria protection medication. We can sometimes issue a number of “standby” prescriptions for common ailments depending on your destination.
