*In light of the recent controversy surrounding Cervical Check we would like all our female patients from ages 25 – 60 to be aware that you can avail of a FREE consultation with your Doctor who will discuss your next steps and whether a repeat smear test is required. Please call the surgery on 041 983 7501 to book this appointment.*

Women aged between 25 and 60 are entitled to a free cervical smear test every 3 years.

Tests must be booked with the nurse in advance.  Before contacting us, please ensure you check your eligibility online on cervicalcheck.ie.  You will need your PPS Number and date of birth

The ideal time for a smear test is day 10 to day 20 of your menstrual cycle, with day 1 being the first day of your period.
