Need a passport form and photos signed?

Here’s what you need to do.               

1. Make an appointment, stating what it is for
2. Bring your passport form and photos to the appointment
3. All relevant people MUST be present at appointment
4. Proof of address for EVERY PERSON must be provided ( utility bill, social welfare letter, etc.)

There is a charge of €30 per person or €50 per family.

Please pay this fee at reception before your appointment.
